Avero Advisory launches to deliver a new standard of M&A advisory for mid-market businesses and private equity investors in the technology sector.

Avero Advisory (‘Avero’), a new modern M&A advisory firm focused on the mid-market of the technology sector, has officially launched with a mission to deliver exceptional standards of service, senior-led execution, and enhanced deal outcomes for private equity investors and privately owned businesses.

Founded by Robert Young, a former Managing Director in the Technology Team of Alantra, Avero Advisory brings together a highly experienced team whose backgrounds span leading investment banks and advisory firms. The firm’s leadership team – Steve Currie (Chairman), formerly a Senior Partner at Alantra, Freddie Thomas (Associate Director), previously Associate Director at Investec, and Jack Clemmey (Analyst), bring over 60 years of combined transaction experience in software, IT services, and digital transformation.
